Shambala Casino, owned and operated by Shambala NJSC headed by Russian businessman Maxim Smolentsev, opened its doors on October 16, 2020.

Shambala Casino is the second casino in the area after Tigre de Cristal, which has been operating since November 2015.

The development of Primorye, which is overseen by the Primorsky Territory Development Corporation, is considered the most promising of the four gambling zones in Russia due to its proximity to the markets of North Asia, China, Japan and Korea… The operator has ambitious plans for at least 12 casino complexes.
